  • To create a desktop shortcut of a website first navigate to the website you want to bookmark.
  • You'll want to resize your window so you can see your desktop and the window at the same time.
  • Then click and drag on the icon in the address bar and drag it to your desktop.
  • You can move the shortcut around on your desktop after you create it.
